BookYeah

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These terms cover use of BookYeah, a personal scheduling tool run by Jon O'Neill (jononeill.dev). BookYeah is a personal project in MyToolShed. It is not offered here as a multi-tenant commercial SaaS product and these terms do not claim a separate company or LLC for BookYeah.

The service

BookYeah lets guests pick an open meeting time with Jon. Jon sets availability, may connect Google Calendar and Gmail, and may use scoped API or MCP tokens for his own automation.

Your responsibilities (guests)

  • Provide accurate name, email, phone, company, and any other requested fields.
  • Use the booking link only to request a legitimate meeting.
  • Do not attempt to break, scrape abusively, or overload the service.
  • Do not use BookYeah for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes.

Jon's role (owner)

Jon may accept, decline contextually, cancel, or change how BookYeah works. Meeting substance (what you discuss) is between you and Jon. BookYeah only helps schedule.

Google services

Open slots and confirmations may depend on Google Calendar and Gmail after Jon connects his Google account. Google outages or permission changes can affect booking. Your use of Google products is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.

No professional guarantees

BookYeah is provided "as is" for personal scheduling. To the extent allowed by law, Jon disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect calendar sync, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on BookYeah as your only record of a critical legal deadline without your own backup.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Jon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of BookYeah (for example missed meetings caused by sync delay, spam filters, or incorrect intake data). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, the limit is the minimum required by law.

Agent and API access

Scoped tokens are for Jon's authorized agents and scripts only. Anyone who obtains a token must treat it as a secret. Abuse of tokens may lead to revocation and blocked access.

Changes and ending the service

These terms may change. The "Last updated" date will change when they do. Jon may suspend or stop BookYeah at any time.
